Returns & Exchanges

At Ravin, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Ravin account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
